wet patio floating grounds
The room i booked, an extra decadent room, was a bit of a letdown, really. the patio was constantly wet whenever it rained. i also noticed the toilet seat wasn't soft close, honestly! the coffee at breakfast had grounds floating in it. A bit off-putting.

Underwhelmed by the High Price

dated room lukewarm hot tub
The location was acceptable for walking to town.
I really don't get the hype this place has. The room looked quite dated and not maintained well. The television was mounted too low to view from the bed plus the hot tub was lukewarm. It took a long time to heat up properly.

The staff helped us check into our room early. The room provided free snacks and soft drinks. Afternoon tea was a very nice addition. The staff showed true hospitality.
The hotel does not have an elevator. It made carrying our luggage to the room inconvenient. I had to find someone in the kitchen to return the keys. The front desk was unattended at check out.
